Sales Force Automation

Sales Force Automations – in short SFA – are marketing information systems. These are used for customer and contact management as well as activities and sales management. They are also used to track and process orders as well as information management. The focus is on the application for the sales field and back office teams. SFA systems display the sales processes and support the internal course of actions. However, they don’t offer the full functionality of a CRM system.
