Mobile CRM

The differentiating feature of mobile CRM, or mCRM, lies in the independence of the location from which access is obtained to the central customer database. Access is possible via mobile devices, such as notebooks or smartphones. Employees can therefore use information and evaluations even outside the company. This allows field sales team employees, for example, to find out about customers via their notebook, or to create a visit report in the CRM system after a visit.
