Customer Loyalty

If a customer loyalty strengthened, this means that a customer of a company, respectively a brand is loyal and repeat purchases. A long-term customer loyalty is aimed at customer relationship management by an individual, competent customer service. The higher the satisfaction of a customer, the more likely stable customer retention is possible. Customer loyalty is the basis for the conservation and increase of long-term corporate value.
