Consumer Behavior

The Consumer Behavior refers to all the acts, depending on each individual consumer, relating to the purchase of merchandise – from the planning to the final transaction. Buyers and sellers can either final consumers, enterprises or public organizations. The most cited are the two constellations Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B), where the vendor company and the buyer are final consumers or – in B2B sector - suppliers
