Central Database

All customer-related data are stored within a CRM system at a central location and are available for all employees in the company.  It eliminates the need of data duplication because data must only be created once. In addition, all employees are fully informed about current actions, and can easily visualize in the address records the history of customers, prospects or suppliers. A centralized scheduling and task management simplifies routine tasks and also gives employees a „panoramic view“.
