CAS

In a broader sense, Computer Aided Selling (CAS) means the entire communications system for the sales forces as well as tools and methods that serve to support the sales department. These include hardware and software and the transfer of information obtained from the field or internal services. CAS is used both to capture and manage customer information, quotation and order, as well as the planning activities of the sales force and the communication with the back office.
