Campaign Management

The campaign management includes the planning, management and monitoring of a campaign, such as mailings or phone calls. Campaign management software supports the design and implementation of campaigns. The campaign management includes the definition and selection of the target group, such as the creation of e-mailings, shipping, follow-up management and analysis of the campaign. Running campaigns via different communication channels (e.g. e-mail, telephone, and internet) is called multi-channel campaigns.
