B2B, which stands for “Business to Business”, describes the relationship between several companies, e.g. the sale of goods of one manufacturer to wholesalers. For products that are sold in the B2B sector, it is not about their users that are ususally not the people who have decided to purchase. So in the decision process, several people can be involved. In contrast, in the B2C sector ("Business to Customer"), including the relationships between businesses and end consumers.
A manufacturer of power drill supplies its products to Hardware stores (B2B). These in turn sell them to individuals (B2C).
