After Sales Service

The expression includes all activities that are incurred after the purchase by a customer in order to bind them to the company or brand. These include, for example, customer service or training. The after-sales service is based on the recognition that customer care is also of great importance after the purchase. The goal is to satisfy customers and thus to enhance customer loyalty as well as to win new information on the requirements and wishes of the customer. Thus, the after-sales management is a part of the customer relationship management.
